1. Topic : Interventional Day of Zero Waste.
    Teacher Host: Jhansi Ravikumar (India)
    Participants: 14 teachers.
    Age Range: 9 - 18 years old.
    Countries: ( 8 ) 
    - Slovakia, Ukraine, India, Morocco, Malaysia, Indonesia, Taiwan, and Bangladesh.

3. About me.
    Name: Jhansi Ravikumar (India)

    Subject Teach : English and Maths.
  Grade / Age Group: 10 to 18 years.

4. How to Idea was born. (The Spark/ The Need/The Moment)
     The Spark:
      What first gave you the idea for thus project?
       1. Students learn from books, but not from real life.
        2. They understand waste, but do not practice it.
       3. Learning was not connected to daily habits. 
      4. I wanted learning to be practical and meaningful. 

     The need:
      Was there something your students were missing? A curriculum goal?
     1. Students were missing real-life connection. 
     2. Learning was only theoretical.
     3. Concepts were understood, but not practiced. 

     The moment:
     Was there a specific student question or classroom moment that triggered it? 
     1. I gave a home observation activity. 
     2. Student observed waste for one day.
     3. Manny students said: "We never noticed this before " 

5. Coordinating with partners. 
    1. Finding partners.

        How did you find other teachers ? 
         - Found teachers through 
class2 class.org
         - Connected classroom to the world. 

    2. First contact: 

         How did you first connect ? 
        What did you agree on ? 
       - Connected with teachers from Taiwan. 
      - Previous collaboration helped.
      - Joined as Guests of Honest. 

     3. Tools & Coordination. 
         WhatsApp ? Email? Shared docs? 
         What worked best ?
         WhatsApp Worked the best.
    4. Mansging the group.
         How many partners? How did you keep everyone aligned ?
        - Around 13 teachers.
        - Clear goal shared 
        - Simple guidelines given.
         - Regular updates and Coordination. 

6. The day of the meeting.
     How did you prepare?
      1. Create a clear agenda for the session. 
      2. Shared the full plan before the meeting. 
      3. Teachers knew their role and timing. 
      4. Presentations were well organized. 
      5. Session ran smoothly.

     What did students do ?
      Presentations, games, Q&A, collaborativevtasks? 
     1. Students gave presentations. 
     2. Students actively participation. 

     Any unexpected moments?
      What did you have to improve?
      1. Hesitation while speaking. 
      2. Network or connection issues.

     Zero Waste Lunch.
     Our school collects extra fruit and offers it fir free to nay onyone who would like some.

     A memorable reaction or moment? 
     1. Taught students make envelopes using used paper. 
     2. Students created envelopes successfully. 
     3. They said they would gift the envelopes.
     4. Students felt happy and proud.

     What surprised you ?
     1. I learnt many things from the project. 
     2. I inspired by student form different countries. 
     3. Follow daily habits to reduce plastic. 
     4. One powerful moment. 
     5. Asked to think of one real- action.
     6. My realization. 
     7. Carry my own water bottle.
     8. Avoid buying plastic bottles.

    The Cooperation was reviewed the process of attending to class2class.org and Zoom Meeting in Global Teacher Meeting as well.
